KPFF Consulting Engineers named Izzat Hasayen principal. Hasayen has 17 years of experience as a structural engineer and has designed hundreds of bridges around the country. Recent work includes bridge structure designs for Sound Transit and WSDOT's Bellevue Downtown Access project as well as bridge and seismic upgrade designs for King, Pierce and Snohomish counties. KPFF Consulting Engineers has 600 employees in 12 offices around the country.
